Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn who appeared on Sit With Hitlist alongside Mayank Shekhar recalled the time he signed up for his debut film 'Phool Aur Kaante' and what led to the iconic split stunt scene. In this old interview, he shared, "I came home to find [director] Sandesh Kohli sitting with dad. My father had always wanted me to be an actor, train in action. He told me that Kohliji was doing a film [Phool Aur Kaante] and he wanted me to be in it. My first reaction was, "Are you mad? I am 18, enjoying life." I flatly refused it. This was in October, 1990. She said, “There was this sequence in Bhopal, where my character’s husband dies, and I take centre stage. I look before me. There are 2,000-3,000 people, for as long as your eyes can see. I’m supposed to give a speech in front of them, like a politician, and with the film’s entire cast [on the podium]. My hands were trembling. I remember Nana [Patekar] Sir telling me, it’s going to be fine; just go ahead and do it. And it was fine!” Watch the video for more.

A private screening of the film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' was organised at the YRF studio on Wednesday evening. The makers and a few other celebrities were seen at the intimate screening. While Tiger Shroff, who is one of the leads alongside Akshay Kumar, made an appearance, Disha Patani too was seen at the screening. There have been rumours of the two patching up and her appearance at the screening has only added fuel to the rumours.
