Dalljiet Kaur and Nikhil Patel's marriage has been the talk of the town. Every now and then, they comment on each other. The latest update suggests that Patel has sent a legal notice to Kaur asking her to collect her belongings from his house in Kenya. Now, further developments in the case hint toward the court putting a stay on Nikhil evicting Dalljiet and her son Jeydon from his house.
According to Hindustan Times, a leaked document states that the court has instructed Patel not to engage in any activities that involve him throwing out any of Kaur's belongings.

As per HT, the legal notice issued by Milimani Court in Nairobi City, Kenya on June 11 states, “Pending the hearing and final determination of this application, an injunction is hereby issued restraining the Respondent (Patel), his agents, employees, and/or servants from evicting the Petitioner/Applicant (Kaur) and her child (Jaydon) and/or throwing out and/or whatsoever dealing with the personal effects and belongings of the Petitioner/Applicant in her matrimonial home (in Kenya).” As per the notice, the next hearing in the case is scheduled for June 28.

Reports claiming trouble in their paradise surfaced in February after Dalljiet dropped her husband's surname from her Instagram bio. Dalljiet married Kenya-based businessman Nikhil Patel, and she moved to Kenya with her son Jaydon last year.
Not just Dalljiet, Nikhil has also deleted several posts and pictures featuring her on Instagram. Dalljiet tied the knot with Nikhil Patel in March 2023. Jaydon was born to Dalljiet and actor Shalin Bhanot in 2014.
Shalin and Dalljiet met while they were working together on the TV show 'Kulvaddhu' in 2006. They got married in 2009 and became parents to Jaydon in 2014. However, in 2015, Dalljiet filed for divorce after accusing Shalin of domestic violence.
If reports are to be believed, Dalljiet’s husband, Nikhil, has two daughters, thirteen-year-old Aariyana and eight-year-old Aanika, from his previous marriage. Dalljiet met Nikhil at a party in Dubai, and the duo got engaged in January in Nepal.
