Universal Championship Match - Roman Reigns (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will battle Brock Lesnar in a highly anticipated rematch for the Universal Title at WWE Day 1. Reigns and Lesnar had a staredown at WWE Summerslam after 'The Beast' made his comeback to WWE. Reigns and Lesnar locked horns at Crown Jewel but it was Reigns who retained his WWE Universal title. The 'Head of the Table' and the 'Suplex City' superstar have gone at each other on many occasions but Reigns seems to be in unmatchable form heading into the first pay-per-view of the year 2022.

WWE Raw Women’s Championship - Becky Lynch (c) vs. Liv Morgan
'Big Time Becks' made her return to WWE post the delivery of her baby last year at Summerslam and defeated Bianca Belair for the SmackDown women's title in an impromptu match. Becky has not looked back since. This time she goes up against another formidable opponent as Liv Morgan gets a shot at her first title match at a PPV.
Fatal Four-Way for the WWE Championship - Big E (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens vs. Bobby Lashley
WWE champ Big E may just face his biggest test yet. He has faced Rollins, Owens and Lashley before, but never together in a single match-up. Rollins will be looking to begin 2022 on a high note by winning the WWE title once again, while Lashley will look to get back the title he lost to Big E.
SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match - Jimmy & Jey Uso (c) vs. Kofi Kingston & King Woods
The Usos and the New Day have had some of the most brilliant tag-team matches in the history of the WWE. These two epic tag teams have gone at each other at various PPVs entertaining the WWE universe. This time the Usos defend their SD tag titles.
Singles Match - Edge vs. The Miz
'The Rated-R Superstar' Edge has been in top form ever since his major comeback to WWE in 2020 after retiring for 9 years. Edge went on to win the Royal Rumble 2021 and be in the main event at WrestleMania 37. He has had some of the biggest matches this year but not like this one. The Miz, who recently made a comeback, in dramatic fashion, will face off against Edge as they will look to settle a personal score that began on WWE Raw.
