Chennai Super Kings won the IPL 2024 match against Punjab Kings by 28 runs at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium. Ravindra Jadeja was the standout performer for CSK. The veteran played a crucial role with the willow and ball to take Chennai home. The match ended with Punjab scoring 139 runs for the loss of nine wickets.

Having needed to chase a target of 168 runs in the IPL 2024 match against Chennai Super Kings, no Punjab Kings batsmen were able to score huge runs except opening batsman and impact player Prabhsimran Singh.
