It was while auditioning for a film called 'Balika Vadhu' which was to be made by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film eventually got shelved. The results of the 69th National Film Awards has been unveiled. A total of 280 feature films spanning 28 languages, along with 158 non-feature films in 23 languages, were submitted to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for evaluation. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the India-Japan Forum 2023 with his Japanese Counterpart in New Delhi on July 28. During the question-answer session, EAM was asked to dance with Japanese FM on the iconic ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR. To this, EAM S Jaishankar jokingly said that he would not dance with Japan’s Foreign Minister. Both Jaishankar and Hayashi were asked about their favourite movies from each other’s countries.
