PM Modi Slams Rahul Gandhi Over Congress' Silence On Adani-Ambani Debate

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday launched an all-out attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi questioning the party's sudden silence on Adani and Ambani and questioned them on having received money from the industrialists. Addressing a public meeting here today, PM Modi said that for years the Congress’ ‘Shehzada’ used to speak of ‘5 industrialists’ and then he started to speak only of “Ambani and Adani” and now they are silent on them. Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday replied to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's attack on her brother and former Congress President Rahul Gandhi where he had questioned the Congress' silence on Adani-Ambani and questioned if there was a secret deal between the Congress and the industrialists.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a roadshow in Andhra Pradesh's Vijaywada on Wednesday, along with Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan. PM Modi was seated on a specially designed vehicle along with the two leaders. He was seen waving to the people who had gathered in huge numbers. The flags of BJP along with that of TDP and Jana Sena party were being carried out in the roadshow. Notably, the Bharatiya Janata Party is in alliance with TDP and Jana Sena Party in Andhra Pradesh. Sam Pitroda has quit as the chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress amid a huge political row over his controversial racist remarks. The decision has been accepted by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. The announcement about Mr Pitroda came in a terse post on X from the party's communications-in-charge Jairam Ramesh.  For the unversed, Sam Pitroda, in a podcast while describing the diversity of India, had said that the “people in the east look like the Chinese, people in the west look like the Arabs, people in the north look like, maybe, white and people in the south look like Africans.” This remark by Sam Pitroda created a controversial storm all over social media. Big politicians have been bashing Pitroda over his racist remark. PM Modi also slammed Pitroda over his  racist slur. Other BJP leaders also came forward to bash Pitroda. Akhand Bharat Mural Debate Intensifies In Pakistan

Amid Lok Sabha Elections in India, the debate on the ‘Akhand Bharat’ mural displayed in the New Parliament building, reignited in Pakistan. The mural depicting ‘Akhand Bharat’ highlighted security concerns among India’s neighbouring countries. Pakistani Journo, Foreign Expert, International Expert alleged that India wants to claim the territories of all neighbouring countries. Pakistani-based Advocate, International Law Expert, Ahmer Bilal Soofi, emphasised the need for countries to respond to ‘India’s posturing’. Meanwhile, Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir questioned the world’s silence over the mural depicting ‘Akhand Bharat’. He further asked, “Do Pakistan and other countries have any remaining international platforms where they can express their security concerns?”. During the debate, former Pakistani diplomat, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry stated that a diplomatic protest is necessary. Notably, soon after the mural in India’s New Parliament made headlines for reportedly depicting ‘Akhand Bharat’ i.e., ‘United India’. The controversy around the mural was clarified, stating that it depicted the Ashokan Empire of Ancient India.
