National Transgender Employment Mela 2024
Organized by TWEET Foundation and InHarmony, in association with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and National Institute of Social Defence, the Trans Employment Mela saw over 30+ corporates, and 227 candidates participating in the recruitment mela this year. The recruiment percentange is expected to ise to 100% from last year's Mela. Additionally, trans entrepreneurs and community development partners also participated in this event. Throughout the day, the event was supplemented by insightful panel discussions, exhilarating performances, and conversations on sustainable employment for trans persons.
