The Railway Board today in a press conference divulged details about the catastrophic triple train accident in Odisha`s Balasore on Friday night. In the conference, Jaya Varma Sinha, Member of Operation and Business Development, Railway Board recounted her conversations with the staff members of the Coromandel and Yeshwanthpur Express trains. The triple-train accident involved Bengaluru-Howrah Superfast Express, the Coromandel Express and a goods train. Notably, 17 coaches of the two passenger trains were derailed in the horrifying accident.
