When a Shah Rukh Khan movie hits theatres, it's a big celebration for his fans. His on-screen charm, romantic appeal, and thrilling action sequences create a unique excitement for his audience.

After a break of about four years and some not-so-great films, SRK had a successful run last year with movies like Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki, all of which set box office records. Recently, a viral video on social media captured the superstar expressing gratitude to his fans for their love and support.

The Shah Rukh Khan Universe Fan Club shared a video on their Twitter account from a press conference where SRK acknowledges his fans and talks about the overwhelming love he receives from around the world. In the video, he expresses his thanks for the continuous support.

In the video, he can be heard saying, "Because I have been working for 33 years, and you take such a big gap. Normally, you do feel a little nervous, and you feel ki 'arrey yaar! I hope I have got the film right'."

King Khan further says, "Usse pehle meri kuch filmein thi jo itni achi nahi gayi to mujhe ye bhi lagne laga tha ki main achi filmein ab bana nahi raha hoon (Before that, I had some films that did not do so well, so I started feeling that I was no longer making good films). But I think, more than my films, ek pyaar tha logo ka..jo Pathaan ke liye, Jo Jawaan ke liye and jo Dunki ke liye..This whole country and people outside this country have actually taken me to their heart, more than the films, and have said that 'arrey yaar, 4 saal ke liye mat jaya karo. 2-4 mahine theek hai (Hey, don't go for 4 years. 2-4 months is okay).' So I am very, very thankful to all of you, to the audience, and the whole world for making me realize 'jo main karta hu wo theek karta hoon aur mujhe wo baar baar karte rehna chahiye (What I do is right, and I must keep doing it repeatedly).'"

What's next for Shah Rukh Khan?

It's difficult to imagine a world without a Shah Rukh Khan film, particularly in 2023, given that he graced us with three movies this year: Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki, which was released on December 21. However, this was our reality from 2018 to 2023, and consequently, the year 2023 will always be remembered as the year of King Khan. Now, hold on tight, as Shah Rukh Khan is hinting at his next movie, which is slated to begin filming in March or April 2024.

Shah Rukh Khan has also not given an interview in almost a year and has solely relied on his trusty Asksrk to do the promotional effort instead of interviews. But it seems like the sun has risen, and Shah Rukh Khan is open to interviews. In a new chat with Raya Abirached, Shah Rukh Khan confessed that he wants to take up a role that is "more age-real" but where he will still be a star. Speaking about his next film, he said, "I think I will start one in March or April now. I have been attempting now to do a film that is more age-real to me and play it still as the protagonist and the star of the film.”
