Koffee With Karan 8: Sunny and Bobby spoke about their equation with their step-sisters Esha and Ahana Deol on the show hosted by Karan Johar

Brothers Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol graced the second episode of Karan Johar's show Koffee With Karan 8. Sunny Deol has had a great year with the historic success of Gadar 2. Not just that, on the personal front in was a great year for the actor as his son Karan Deol got married followed by the debut of his younger son Rajveer with 'Dono'.
During Karan Deol's wedding, the absence of Hema Malini and her daughters Esha and Ahana did not go unnoticed. While Esha Deol wished the newlyweds on social media their absence from the festivities led to rumours of all not being well between the families. Esha and Ahana are Dharmendra's kids from his second marriage to Hema Malini.

On Koffee With Karan, the host brought up the topic of his equation with his step-sisters Esha and Ahana. Dismissing any kind of animosity, Sunny said, "They are my sisters. That is what it is. Nothing changes that. They were very happy." Bobby, too echoed, the thoughts of his brother and repeated, "Nothing changes that".
Sunny further said, "The most beautiful thing over everything was the film became successful. I was going here, there, everywhere. And then, I wanted to have a success party. But I was like, ‘will everybody come or not?’ I had my friend Kareem with me who knows everyone in the industry. He did everything. Till the evening, I was not sure who was going to attend it. But the way everybody came and the kind of love everybody gave, I was so happy seeing everyone coming home.”
Esha Deol had also hosted a special screening of Gadar 2 which was attended by both Sunny and Bobby and the trio even posed together.
Talking further on the success of 'Gadar 2' Bobby said, "It all started with Karan’s (Sunny Deol’s eldest son) wedding. We never really expose our family. We are very (media) shy. But we couldn’t stop anyone from putting up videos when they came to the wedding. We got so much love because of those videos which people saw because they actually saw how we were. I think Drisha (Acharya), our daughter, has brought us luck. Bhaiya has been dancing since Karan’s wedding and then Gadar 2 happened. I have never seen my brother dance so much.”
