A new report suggests that Surbhi Jyoti and Sumit Suri have decided to push their wedding to later this year

Earlier this year, reports surfaced claiming that Surbhi Jyoti was all set to tie the knot with her long-term beau Sumit Suri in March, but nothing like that happened. Since then, there has been no update about their wedding. Now, a new report suggests that the two have decided to push their wedding to later this year due to the unavailability of a venue.
Hindustan Times quoted a source saying, “Initially, the plan was to get married in March, and Surbhi had even started looking for a venue in Rajasthan. She took many trips to Udaipur, Jaipur, and Jodhpur to finalize the place. But in the end, the dates weren’t available for the booking she wanted, hence they had to postpone the dates.”

The portal further claimed that Surbhi's wedding lehenga wasn't ready either and the duo wanted to do everything calmly and didn't want to rush into things. “Surbhi’s wedding lehenga wasn’t ready, but she didn’t panic at all. She and Sumit just want to do everything in a calm and composed way, taking one step at a time. There is no rush to get married,” said the insider, confirming that the wedding has now been pushed to later this year: “They are looking at November and December right now. The exact date is yet to be finalized.”
Surbhi and Sumit have recently jetted off to enjoy some time together and to celebrate the actress’s birthday. The couple were accompanied by Rithvik Dhanjani and Aryamaan Seth. “They are taking so many trips together and traveling as much as they can. They only take breaks to plan the wedding; otherwise, they are mostly out either with friends or alone,” the source further shared.

Surbhi had recently shared a bunch of pictures from her birthday celebration, and it was her picture with Sumit that made us go "aww" for their chemistry. In the picture, we could see Surbhi wrapped in Sumit’s arms. Reportedly, Surbhi Jyoti and Sumit Suri fell in love while working together on the music video titled "Haanji," in which they played a bride and groom.
