Our target market for the next financial year remains focused on South Delhi, specifically targeting Category A colonies. While this may seem limited in number, the market size of these select colonies exceeds 5,00,000 crores, highlighting the immense potential for growth and profitability within this niche.
4. What are your brand's funding and expansion plans?
Currently, we have secured commitments from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and are actively raising capital from additional investors for our ongoing 1,200-square-yard project. Moving forward, our funding and expansion plans revolve around a project-based approach. Each project will be treated as a separate scheme, allowing investors to subscribe to investment opportunities with a minimum ticket size of 1 crore. Our aim is to close at least six to seven projects in the first year, with plans for exponential growth in subsequent years as awareness and confidence in our investment model increase. As we proceed we will look at other major metropolitans.
