He joined Thunderbird Global School of Management at Arizona State University, where he studied international management and finance. After two years of his hard work, Vivek completed his post-graduation with a Masters in International Management, focusing on Finance, in 2003. This was a big accomplishment for Vivek that helped him to grow in his career. He expanded his knowledge during the time at Thunderbird which helped him to learn skills which became very useful in his future work.
After completing his studies, Vivek moved to New York City and joined a big company named " Ernst & Young". He worked hard for the next six years, in the Financial Services Advisory practice, where he had a chance to deal with difficult financial problems with skill and accuracy. Vivek was a leader and helped teams on different projects. He gave important advice to important clients, like big banks and Fortune 500 companies. Within a span of a few years, Vivek Gahlaut became well-known in the finance industry for his knowledge specifically in treasury management, cash management, and financial risk management, which helped him have a successful career.

In 2010, Vivek decided to go back to India to help people. He advised many people to stay healthy and fit and soon after he started managing health clubs and a business trading gym equipment. His ideas worked well, and his businesses started doing really good. Vivek was concerned about people making sure that people had access to ways to stay healthy and fit, and he actually worked hard to make it happen. They focused on selling broken rice to countries in West Africa. The business grew quickly and made a lot of money that the company reached with a turnover of USD 90 million. Being health conscious, Vivek cares about making food in a way that's good for the environment and helps people. Having a wide vision, he still wants to expand the business even more, and that is the reason they're planning to do more things to make sure countries can grow their own food.
