NDIM organized an ICSSR Sponsored Two Day International Conference on Developing Managerial Capabilities and Empowering Youth to Shape the Future: G20 Agenda for Innovation and Skill Enhancement in association with Universitatea Aurel Vlaicu din Arad, Romania on February 22nd - 23rd 2024. Visionary and educationist, Dr Bindu Kumar, Chairperson of NDIM, and the key person behind NDIM no 1 ranking, declared the 2 day international conference open. The conference was graced by the presence of Chief Guest IAS Sonal Goel, Secretary- Govt of Tripura who shared her insights on Innovation and Skill Enhancement in continuous learning and employability.
This conference attracted industry heavyweights from the field of Academia and Corporates. The event was dignified by the presence of senior academician like Prof Jagdish C. Kapur, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Mittal, Dr. Abha Vermani, Dr. Durgesh Tripathi, Ajay Kumar Gupta, Sachin Bharti, and international speakers like Dr. Alina Costin, Dr. Shad Ahmad Khan, Ms. Torkos Henriettalecturer from the university of Oman and Romania. More than 50 senior corporates from different industries like Ministry of Home Affairs (GOI), Ministry of HRD (GOI), Accenture, DMA, AIMA addressed NDIM students. The conference was attended by more than 300 students, research scholars, faculties, and a large number of papers were presented.
