S Jaishankar on 23rd February spoke in the Russia-India ties in Raisina Dialogue 2024. He said that countries in Asia, including China, should engage more with Russia. He asserted Russia growing trade influence in Asia and explained why there is a sense in giving multiple options to Russia.
