Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred with the Lokmanya Tilak National Awards in Pune on August 1. In the event, PM Modi was seen greeting the NCP chief Sharad Pawar as they shared a candid conversation. NCP’s Clyde Crasto stated that this meeting should not be seen from a political viewpoint. Earlier in the day, PM Modi in Pune offered prayers at Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Mandir which holds a rich cultural history.
