The people who were injured in the Reasi terror attack were taken to a nearby Government hospital for treatment wherein Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha met the injured. A few of them narrated horrifying and chilling details about their experience. The tragic incident that occurred in Jammu and Kashmir`s Reasi district on 9th June Sunday took 9 lives. A bus carrying pilgrims to the Shiv Khori cave temple was attacked by terrorists. The terrorists, hiding in the nearby forest, ambushed the vehicle and opened fire due to which bus plunged into a gorge during the gunfire, resulting in the deaths of nine people and injuries to 33 others. The Police, Army, and CRPF set up a temporary operation at the site to launch a thorough investigation and catch the attackers.
