G20 leaders adopted the New Delhi Leaders` Declaration for their 18th G20 Summit 2023. PM Modi on September 09 after prolonged negotiations announced its adoption. Consensus also reached on the Russia-Ukraine conflict despite Ukraine`s differences. However, a reporter cited G20 Bali Declaration to question G20 New Delhi Declaration over Ukraine conflict.
