Dalai Lama wrong to comment on Bihar polls: Subramanian Swamy

Even as Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama expressed his happiness over the majority election result in Bihar, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has said that he should not be making political statements, as he is not an Indian citizen.
