Mid-Day Premium Why should netas have all the fun? Stylists share dressing tips for voting day

Besides casting your vote, dressing for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 too, can be one of the best ways of making a powerful statement that says ‘you matter’. Although commoners and celebrities opt for Western casuals like oversized white T-shirts and blue denim and Indian casuals like kurtas and lenin pants when stepping out for voting you can add some fun to your overall voting experience.  From donning a white breezy saree to wearing a Gandhi topi on kurta-pyjamas, there are a variety of looks you can opt for, for the main day.  As Mumbai goes to polls on May 20, Mid-day.com spoke to two fashion experts --“ Rikita Saluja, founder, Dramebaaz and Raghav Agarwal, CEO, Twamev – who share easy tips to look your best on voting day.  “Honestly, the power dresser in me loves to go for a pantsuit. Voting is the true power we all have in a democracy, right? So pantsuits like a co-ord set or the blazer set are the perfect OOTD (outfit of the day) for me for voting day,” says Saluja of Dramebaaz.  Agarwal of Twamev states, “The voter turnout in Lok Sabha Elections of 2024 is going to be massive. These massive elections come at a time when the sun is in no mood to go easy on the voters. So opting for comfortable clothing is an absolute must. Pairing up a light-hued kurta and flats is a classic that also exudes effortless style.”  Also Read: Embrace white in style: Fashion pundits dole out styling tips to elevate your summer looks Outfit ideas for voting daySaluja: Co-ords, jumpsuits, and blazer sets are all great options to make an empowering statement. If you are concerned about the weather, I’d recommend something light and airy, like dresses or skirts so that you stay comfortable.  Agarwal: I recommend opting for simpler, more manageable attire and breathable fabrics. This choice is particularly crucial as waiting in lines under the sun can present considerable challenges. In these cases, I would recommend something light and airy, like linen kurtas. You can pair them up with simple cotton pants, or even dhotis, to channel the patriotic Indian in you.  As for women, I would recommend cotton or organza sarees, flowy anarkalis, or even short kurtis with palazzos. They can be mixed and matched, as per your preference and aesthetic.  Outfit ideas to blend summer and election looks  Saluja: A nice breezy organza dress is the best mix of summer fashion and voting day looks. It will not only keep you comfortable all day long but also simultaneously make you look your confident best for the day. Further, a spaghetti dress or a tiered dress would also make for a perfect outfit.  These outfits can be paired with some chic minimalist jewellery. Make sure you cover up your feet. You don’t want to burn them standing in the queue in the hot sun.  Agarwal: To strike the right balance, lightweight ethnic kurtas are honestly my go-to. They can be paired with virtually any type of bottomwear: from jeans to linen pants, from cotton trousers to dhotis. These outfits are supremely easy to pair and will help keep you cool, calm, and composed. For women, short kurtis with palazzos, lightweight cotton sarees, as well as pastel anarkalis can also be paired fabulously with flats.  Ideas to style your hair Saluja: A high ponytail or a messy tied bun would be ideal to beat the heat-induced sweat around the neck area. These hairstyles are effortless and practical, keeping your hair off your neck while looking chic. You can also try a sleek top knot or a braided crown for a trendy summer look. Also Read: Beauty treatments in summer: Experts weigh its pros and cons, share tips to get startedMake-up and footwear tips Saluja: Keep your makeup fresh and effortless for voting day. A light, dewy foundation paired with a subtle eye look and a pop of colour on the lips can strike the perfect balance. For footwear, opt for something fashionable yet comfortable that can help you stand in queue for a long time at the polling booth. I recommend opting for stylish sneakers or trendy flats. These options offer both fashion-forward appeal and the necessary comfort for a potentially long wait. Agarwal: Keep your make-up simple and natural. A light foundation or tinted moisturiser, a touch of mascara, and some lip and cheek tint will make you look put together without being too much. Avoid heavy makeup or bright colours, as you want to feel comfortable and confident while you're waiting in line to vote. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen before applying make-up. This will help you protect your skin from harsh sunlight.  For footwear, look for comfortable shoes with good support like stylish sneakers or low-heeled boots. These will keep you looking cool while standing in line to vote without hurting your feet. Fabrics to avoidSaluja: Dark colours like black, olive green, dark blue, etc. should be avoided at all costs. Opt for lighter pastel shades. Avoid anything with any political or communal slogans or strong messaging.  Agarwal: Avoid wearing dark colours and heavy fabrics. Steer clear from wearing shirts or accessories that have inciting slogans, logos, or symbols.  Recreate celebrity looks perfect for voting Saluja: 1. Katrina Kaif's chic white floral shirt dress is perfect. You can recreate her look with a similar dress.  2. If you're feeling more flowery, Ananya Pandey’s floral co-ord set is another great option. Just pair it with some cute accessories to complete the look.  Agarwal: A bright yellow breezy Chikankari kurta like the one seen on Orry can be a perfect fit to step out in the sun and wait in the long queue. Also Read: Go scuba diving like PM Modi, explore the marine life of India Added tips for a seamless voting experience in harsh weather1. Ensure you pair your outfit with either a cap, wide-rimmed hat or any other headgear that goes with your outfit.  2. You can also carry your sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harsh sunlight. Pick sunglasses that go well with your outfit. They not only keep your eyes cool and away from heat strain but also make you look sassy.   3. Pair your outfit with either a small sling bag or a waist bag that can hold essential items like a handy water bottle, deodorant, lip balms, wet wipes and sanitiser. Bags never fail to elevate one’s overall look. If you are up for a bigger bag, you can also opt for an organic tote bag.   4. You can also go a tad bit overboard by carrying an umbrella. This will add a dramatic look to your overall outfit and also provide you shade in the sun.

Met Gala 2024: Sudha Reddy pays ode to Indian craftsmanship and heritage

Indian philanthropist and businesswoman Sudha Reddy, hailing from Hyderabad appeared at the prestigious Met Gala 2024, hosted at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on May 6. Embracing the theme 'Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion', her red-carpet ensemble was a true reflection of her profound understanding of the theme and the 'Garden Of Time' dress code, following her remarkable debut in 2021. Clad in a custom creation from the esteemed couturier Tarun Tahiliani's atelier, complemented by exquisite jewellery from Farah Khan Ali, Sudha Reddy presented ared-carpet moment that seamlessly blended timelessness with avant-garde flair. Capturing the fleeting essence of time, the monochromatic ensemble wasn't just couture; it was a masterclass in storytelling and symbolism through fashion. It served as a metaphor for India's artistic revival, mirroring the nation's current creative and cultural boom and showcasing the beauty and depth of Indian craftsmanship and design.Handcrafted by over 80 artisans over a period of 4,500-man hours, the ivory silk gown was a true testament to collaboration. The hand-corseted bodice featured a miniature self-portrait of Sudha holding a delicate rose, symbolising the promise of hope and peace. The bodice itself was a marvel of meticulous craftsmanship, painstakingly rendered with thousands of French knots, intricate Indian couching embroidery, and shimmering silk threads. Adorning the bodice were hand-carved mother-of-pearl flowers, symbolizing luminosity and permanence, while 3D butterflies symbolized the cycle of life. The flowing drapery of the gown cascaded like unfolding flower petals, embodying the yearning for self-expression.Symbolising themes of regeneration and transformation, a voluminous cape made of panels of embroidered tulle added a textural element to the hand-crafted mother-of-pearl flowers and crystal shoulder accessory designed by Miodrag Guberinić, known for creating accessories for Lady Gaga and Madonna. The centerpiece of Sudha Reddy's ensemble was undoubtedly the ‘Amore Eterno’ necklace, a stunning masterpiece from her personal collection. This exquisite piece was adorned with 25 exceptional solitaires, totalling over 180 carats, embodying the enduring legacy of the present and future generations of the Reddy family. At the core of the necklace lay a symbolic family tree crafted from four large, heart-shaped diamonds. The largest diamond, a 25-carat King of Hearts, honouring Krishna Reddy, while the Queen of Hearts, a 20-carat heart, symbolising Sudha Reddy. Two additional 20-carat hearts, known as the Prince ofKnowledge and Prince of Treasures, represented their sons, Pranav and Manas. Completing this masterpiece were twenty-one luminescent round diamonds, symbolising the shared experiences and cherished moments of Sudha-Krishna's love story. Other jewels included a 20-carat heart shaped diamond ring and a 23-carat yellow diamond ring.Sudha Reddy's elegance extended beyond her outfit with the off-white vintage Chanel clutch from 'Falling For Camellias' collection and custom-made pearl-adorned stilettos. Stylist Gautam Kalra assembled a dream team: celebrity makeup artist Nina Ubhi accentuated her natural beauty with fresh dewy make-up and a clean messy bun accentuated with bejewelled hairpins from Amrapali nail artist Fleury Rose transformed her fingertips into miniature works of art with a cascading white flowers and Swarovski crystals manicure that took 100 hours to create.Sudha Reddy shares, "It was an incredible evening at the Met Gala 2024! I’m grateful to have received the opportunity to celebrate culture, community and creativity on such a grand scale, once again. Collaborations are what make fashion so exciting! Thank you to everyone who made this possible, from the visionary designers to my management and my glam team.”Tarun Tahiliani shares, “It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Sudha Reddy on the custom-make MET outfit and translate the multi-layered theme into a work of art. Sudha's self-portrait on the corset, combined with our signature draping technique and handcrafted embroideries and embellishments, conjures imagery of a blossoming garden, inviting the viewer to embrace authenticity in an ever-changing world. A metaphor for India as a sleeping beauty that is reawakening, the outfit celebrates the timelessness of heritage workmanship, transcendence of temporal boundaries and the eternal cycle of renewal and regeneration.”Farah Khan Ali added, “Crafting the 'Amore Eterno' necklace wasn't just about finding rare diamonds; it was about capturing the essence of love and time. I meticulously searched various corners of the world for these natural diamonds which took months of meticulous planning, designing, high-precision laser cutting and polishing to create the final result. Boasting 180 carats of natural diamonds, Sudha's ‘Amore Eterno’ necklace mirrors life's cyclical dance, where the past, the present and the future converge.”

Kylie Jenner steals spotlight at Met Gala 2024 in ethereal pink gown

Amidst a constellation of stars and glitterati of the fashion world, the Met Gala 2024 unfolded its grandeur at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, casting a spell of glamour and sophistication. The annual event, fondly dubbed as 'Fashion's Biggest Night', embraced the theme 'Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion', deviating from its customary extravagance to focus on the revival of timeless garments from bygone eras. Stepping onto the iconic Met Gala stairs, Kylie Jenner, commanded attention with her ethereal presence. Adhering to this year's dress code inspired by 'The Garden of Time', Jenner mesmerised in an enchanting pale pink gown, accentuated with cone-shaped accents at the bust, and a cascading train that trailed behind her with grace. From her debut in a bejewelled sheer Balmain design in 2016 to her recent portrayal of timeless elegance, Jenner's metamorphosis mirrors the ever-changing landscape of style and sophistication. As the night unfolded, the Met Gala not only celebrated the Costume Institute's new exhibition but also served as a canvas showcasing iconic pieces spanning centuries of fashion history. From the avant-garde designs of Elsa Schiaparelli to the timeless creations of Christian Dior, the exhibition offered a nostalgic journey through the evolution of fashion. Co-chaired by Zendaya, Chris Hemsworth, Jennifer Lopez, and Bad Bunny, the Met Gala 2024 stood as a beacon of elegance, epitomizing the intersection of art, culture, and haute couture. Hummingbirds and hooves take over the red carpet at Met Gala 2024

From Bad Bunny's Tudor-inspired hat and shoes resembling cloven hooves to the hummingbird perched delicately on Zendaya's neck, the hosts set the tone at fashion's biggest night -- the annual Met Gala in New York. Florals, animals and vintage couture abounded at the so-called Oscars of the East Coast, a mammoth fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. The extravaganza's dress code this year is "The Garden of Time" -- which draws inspiration from the 1962 short story of the same name, written by English writer J.G. Ballard. In essence, it is about the ephemeral nature of beauty -- perhaps a weighty theme to press on the luminaries attending this year's gala. For sheer drama, co-host Zendaya dominated the green and cream carpet in her first appearance at the Met Gala since 2019. The 27-year-old star made a highly-anticipated appearance early on wreathed in jewel-toned lame, organza and satin designed by John Galliano, with vines crawling up her duchess corset and arms -- and what appeared to be a hummingbird nestled into her neck. Hours later she made a surprise second appearance -- this time in dramatic, Mexican Gothic-inspired black, her two outfits bookending the fashion parade and underscoring the transience of beauty. Most attendees chose to evoke awakenings and life -- and perhaps defied the theme by demonstrating the immortality of fashion through the centuries, with many 17th and 18th century flourishes. Some -- such as singer Lana del Rey -- emphasized decay, with stark sculptural twigs rising from her gown to hold a veil of tulle like a canopy over her head. South African singer Tyla's strapless Balmain gown evoking the sands of time -- right down to the hourglass purse -- was sculpted so tightly to her body that she had to be carried up the steps at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny evoked a kind of Tudor matador with a sweeping hat and a black bouquet, with the only pop of color his bright red inseam and the patent shine of his cloven shoes. Cardi B was resplendent in funereal black, with a train so expansive it required nine tuxedoed men to lift it up the stairs. "It's a black rose," she told journalists. 'Mysterious and unexpected'Celebrity interpretation of Met Gala themes have been wide-ranging and often sparked social media debate -- but attendees this year appeared to shrug off the pressure. "I don't even think there's pressure at all, I think it's more of an opportunity," actor Colman Domingo, who carried a bouquet in a lily-colored caped jacket and wide-leg trousers, told journalists. The theme parallels the exhibit "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," which focuses on the most fragile pieces of the Costume Institute's vast collection. The show, which will be on view for the public from May 10 through September 2, features clothing so delicate it cannot be displayed on mannequins. The Costume Institute relies on the blockbuster Met Gala to fund its work, including exhibitions and acquisitions. The gala was first held in 1948 and for decades was reserved for New York high society. Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, the high priestess of US fashion, took over the show in the 1990s, transforming the party into a catwalk for the rich and famous. This year, a ticket cost a cool $75,000, with tables starting at $350,000. The 2023 gala -- which celebrated the late designer Karl Lagerfeld -- raised nearly $22 million, a record sum. But what exactly goes on inside is an enduring mystery. "Something mysterious, I'm sure, and unexpected," actor Jeff Goldblum told journalists on the red carpet, dressed as a count swathed in Tiffany jewels. Guests are likely to peruse the exhibit, and stars such as Rihanna -- whose command of the red carpet is usually unparalleled, but who did not appear at this year's gala -- have performed in the past. Social media frenzyThe spectacle is social media catnip for celebrity watchers -- and once again this year, both the gala and the exhibit are co-sponsored by TikTok. The tech world joined luminaries of music, film, politics and sports on the carpet, with TikTok CEO Shou Chew, also an honorary co-chair, in attendance. Outside the event, several hundred protesters against the war in Gaza demonstrated nearby, with security tight and several arrests made as stars walked the red carpet. Namrata Sheth relies on DIY natural remedies and not too much makeup

Actress Namrata Sheth feels that during the summer months, 'less is more,' and she aims for minimal makeup while ensuring her skin remains well-hydrated. Renowned for her work in the web series 'Karmma Calling', Namrata talked about her summer skincare, haircare regime, and fitness mantra. The diva told IANS: "My skincare regime for summer is to try and do as little as possible, keeping my skin super hydrated with lightweight serums and a lightweight sunscreen to shield me from the harsh sun, because the sun is so harsh in summers. That's all I do, keep my face clean, and hydrated at all times, and avoid layering on too many products or heavy makeup, because you tend to sweat so much in the summer. So, for the summer months, I think less is more." Regarding her DIY routine, Namrata shared: "For DIY ingredients, you can put too many cooling ingredients on your face. I grate a cucumber, with some yoghurt, and apply it to my face. Of course, we have so many natural remedies available to us that our moms and grandmothers have been doing for years, like using ubtans. I drink as much water as I can." Namrata further shared how, because of the shooting, there is a lot of heat damage to her hair that is unfortunately 'unavoidable' in her profession. "I try to get a hair spa every month. It is a kind of investment that I have to try and do because it is the only way to balance the amount of heat that goes onto my hair. So, I get a hair spa. But at home, I try to use oils on my scalp, oils that are good for hair growth and repair. I try to deep condition my hair as much as I can, and try not to use any heat on my days off," she said. Opening up about her fitness routine, Namrata added: "I try to incorporate some sort of fitness routine every day, even if it's a short walk. I think it's really important to stay active, your mental health to stay active. I start my day by meditating for at least 30 to 40 minutes, and I think that sets a great precedent for the rest of the day. Then either I go to the gym or go to the dance class, or boxing class, something or the other to keep my body active." It offers more moisture to the skin and for the body, you can opt for a simple oil massage.   Oily skin: For the face, you can try the basic cleanup and for the bod, opt for body scrub or detanning treatments.   Normal skin type: Opt for cleanup, detan, and facial for the face and for the body choose to get a detanning treatment or scrubbing.   Sensitive skin: People with sensitive people can go for smoothing remedy  cleanup, with very minimal massage for the face  With regard to the skin type, Raghav Bhambri, owner, Toni&Guy shares the name of a few facials one can consider  Dry skin: Treatment: Hydrating facial Details: This facial deeply moisturises the face using serums, masks, and gentle massage to replenish lost moisture. Benefits: Restores hydration, improves elasticity, and gives a radiant glow. Average Cost: Rs 6660 - Rs 12490  Oily skin: Treatment: Deep cleansing facial Details: Targets excess oil with cleansing, exfoliation, and sometimes extractions. Benefits: Minimises pores, reduces breakouts, and balances oil production. Average Cost: Rs 4990 - Rs 8320  Also Read: 5 homemade skincare recipes you need to try this monsoon Normal skin: Treatment: Custom facial Details: Tailored to individual skin needs, this facial often includes a mix of cleansing, exfoliation, and masks. Benefits: Maintains skin health, addresses minor concerns, and promotes a clear complexion. Average cost: Rs 5830 - Rs 9995  Sensitive skin:  Treatment: Calming facial Details: Uses gentle products to soothe and strengthen sensitive skin, often avoiding harsh ingredients. Benefits: Reduces redness, irritation, and improves skin resilience. Average cost: Rs 5830 - Rs 8320  Factors first-timers should consider  According to Bhattacharjee, beginners should start with basic treatments like facials tailored (dermafacials), non-invasive treatment options to their skin type. “It's essential to consult with a qualified dermatologist or aesthetician to assess individual skin needs and goals. Tips include researching clinics, reading reviews, and asking questions during consultations to ensure comfort and confidence in the chosen treatment. Take doctor-tailored skin routine post-treatment.”   Mour suggests: Before undergoing any beauty treatment, consider factors such as your skin type, concerns, budget, and lifestyle. Verify the credentials and reputation of the service provider or clinic, and inquire about post-treatment care and follow-up appointments. By thoroughly considering these factors, you can make an informed decision that prioritises both safety and effectiveness.  People with certain skin conditions must avoid these treatments “People with sensitive skin or allergies to certain ingredients, pregnant women, and those with skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis should avoid salon beauty treatments that could irritate or worsen their skin condition,” says Kapoor.   The ideal gap between two beauty treatments  Chause tells us that the frequency of beauty treatments depends on every individual’s skin type and texture. A gap between two basic cleanups can be 20 days long. Any other procedure can have a gap of one month.    According to Bhambri, hydrating facials, deep cleansing facials, custom facials and calming facials should be done every four to six weeks.   When it comes to hair treatments such as deep conditioning or keratin treatments during summertime, Kapoor says the ideal gap should be seven months.  However, it is crucial to consult with your dermatologist to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses your specific skin concerns while considering seasonal factors.  Also Read: Get your skin sun-ready with these essential expert tips Common misconceptions about salon beauty treatments  Salon and clinic beauty treatments are often misunderstood, leading to confusion among consumers. Kapoor states, “People believe salon/clinic beauty treatments are only for women. However, salons and clinics cater to both men and women, offering a wide range of services tailored to suit different needs and preferences. Men can also benefit from treatments like facials, manicures, and hair styling to enhance their appearance and boost their confidence.”   Another misconception about beauty treatments, as Chause tells us is that people believe that once you start the treatment, you have to compulsorily continue it for a long period. This is true. You can stop with the treatments whenever you want and return to maintaining your skin health by following basic skincare steps.  Bhambri also shares, “With salon treatments, people believe they can yield desired results in no time, however, it does take time for the treatments to show their effect. Further,   Salon beauty treatments v/s home remedies  As a majority of people today prefer natural beauty treatments over chemical based treatments, we asked experts which one is more effective.    Mour opines, “Both salon/clinic treatments and home remedies have their advantages, but the effectiveness of each varies depending on the individual's skin condition and the purpose of the treatment. Professional treatments offer immediate results and utilise advanced techniques and products tailored to meet specific needs. Ultimately, a combination of both approaches may yield the best results, with professional treatments targeting specific concerns and home remedies supporting long-term skin health.”   Bhattacharjee shares, “Clinic treatments often use advanced technology and professional-grade products, providing more immediate and noticeable results compared to home remedies, which may take longer to show effects. Rash Guard Revolution: Your Second Skin for Adventure

The sun-kissed shores, the thrill of the waves, the adrenaline rush of pushing your limits – these are the experiences that ignite our adventurous spirit. But venturing into the world of water sports and outdoor activities demands a crucial companion: the rash guard. Once relegated to a niche garment, the rash guard has undergone a revolutionary transformation, becoming an essential piece of activewear for athletes, water enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a comfortable and protective layer for their adventures.   This article delves into the exciting world of rash guards, exploring their evolution, benefits, diverse applications, and the key factors to consider when choosing the perfect one for your next escapade. From Humble Beginnings to a Global Movement: The rash guard's journey began in the 1970s amongst surfers seeking protection from the sun's harsh rays and abrasions caused by their boards. Crafted from simple cotton or lycra, these early versions laid the foundation for the high-performance garments we know today. Over the years, technological advancements and a growing awareness of sun protection led to significant improvements. Synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon became the norm, offering superior moisture-wicking properties, durability, and comfort. Today, the rash guard has transcended its surfing roots, embraced by athletes across various water sports like swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Its versatility extends beyond the water, finding its place in activities like yoga, running, and even casual wear. Beyond Sun Protection: The Multifaceted Benefits of Rash Guards: The rash guard's popularity stems not just from sun protection but also a multitude of benefits it offers: Sun Protection: Rash guards are woven with tightly knit fabrics that block harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, safeguarding your skin from sunburn and long-term damage. Chafe Prevention: The smooth, tight-fitting nature of rash guards minimizes friction against your skin, preventing chafing and irritation caused by wetsuits, boards, or other equipment. Comfort and Breathability: Modern rash guards utilize moisture-wicking fabrics that draw sweat away from your skin, keeping you cool and comfortable during intense activity. Quick Drying: The synthetic materials ensure rapid drying, preventing the discomfort of lingering wetness after leaving the water. Style and Versatility: Rash guards come in a vast array of colors, patterns, and designs, allowing you to express your personality while maintaining functionality. A World of Possibilities: Rash Guards for Every Adventure: The beauty of the rash guard for men lies in its adaptability. Here's how it empowers various activities: Surfing: The original haven of the rash guard, it provides sun protection, chafe prevention, and warmth in cooler waters. Swimming: Rash guards offer a comfortable alternative to traditional swimsuits, especially for outdoor swimming and competitive training. Paddleboarding and Kayaking: The close contact with the water and sun exposure make rash guards essential for these activities. Yoga and Fitness: The moisture-wicking and comfortable properties make rash guards ideal for activewear during yoga sessions or high-intensity workouts. Casual Wear: The stylish designs and versatility of rash guards allow them to be worn as casual wear, adding a touch of activewear flair to your everyday outfits. Choosing the Perfect Rash Guard: Your Guide to a Second Skin: With the vast array of rash guards available, choosing the right one can seem daunting. Here are some key factors to consider: Activity: Different activities have specific needs. Surfing might require a long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection, while swimming might benefit from a more streamlined design. Fit: A snug but comfortable fit is crucial. Rash guards should be neither too tight to restrict movement nor too loose to cause chafing. Material: Opt for high-quality synthetic fabrics like polyester or nylon for optimal performance and durability. UPF Rating: The Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) rating indicates the level of sun protection. Choose a rash guard with a UPF 50+ rating for maximum protection. Features: Consider additional features like flatlock seams for comfort, rash-flattering cuts, and thumbholes for enhanced performance. Embrace the Rash Guard Revolution: Your Gateway to Unbound Adventures: The rash guard is more than just a garment; it's a symbol of a revolution in activewear.
