Defending champions Chennai Super Kings is all set to take on Gujarat Titans at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The match will start at 7.30 PM

New and young captains will lead Gujarat and Chennai. Shubman Gill and Ruturaj Gaikwad have secured wins in their previous matches and today it will be a test for both captains to strategise accordingly

Both teams have faced each other on five occasions out of which the Titans are leading with three wins and the Yellow Army has come victorious in two matches

Sai Sudharshan showcased his skills in the previous match for GT. The left-hander scored 45 runs in 39 deliveries including 3 fours and 1 six. New skipper Shubman Gill also seemed to be in fine touch with the willow. His innings ended with a score of 31 runs

Sri Lanka's pace spearhead Matheesha Pathirana has joined the CSK camp. The home crowd will expect the slinger to make his appearance against Gujarat, today

Mustafizur Rahman is currently the leading wicket-taker in the tournament with four wickets in just one match. Also, Rachin Ravindra displayed confidence while opening the innings for CSK in their opening match against RCB. The youngster accumulated 37 runs off just 15 deliveries. His knock was laced with 3 fours and 3 sixes
