People throng markets across country on Dhanteras to buy pooja, decorative items

Dhanteras is being celebrated in several parts of the country with full gusto and fervour on November 10 which marks the first day of Diwali celebrations. On the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras, people across the country thronged markets to buy decorative and ‘pooja’ items to celebrate Diwali. Today Gold and silver jewellery, utensils, kitchenware, vehicles, clothing, electronics, and more witnessed substantial sales
