The Air India Express on May 09 terminated around 25 cabin crew who reported `sick` and didn`t report to work .As per sources, the management terminated cabin crew members due to their ‘unprofessional behaviour’. The mass sick leave was considered a pre-meditated and concerted abstention from work without justifiable reason .The disruption caused by the mass sick leave affected more than 95+ flights of Air India Express between May 07, 08 .Air India Express CEO, Aloke Singh also announced plans to reduce flight operations in the coming days.
