N Chandrababu Naidu on March 17 said that NDA will win upcoming Lok Sabha polls and that flags of BJP, TDP & JSP are different but not their agenda.

Naidu was addressing a gathering at Boppudi village in Andhra Pradesh's Palnadu district and also appealed the public to vote for the TDP-BJP-JSP alliance during the state assembly polls scheduled on May 13.

The rally 'Prajagalam' was first public gathering of NDA in Andhra Pradesh in the run-up to the Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha elections 2024. There are a total of 175 Assembly seats and 25 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

PM Modi is 'Viswaguru' of India, Naidu said and added even amid pandemic, India was supporting other nations and it was possible because of Modi's leadership. he also said India has witnessed increased economic growth under PM Modi's regime.

Naidu, meanwhile, also targeted the state government led by CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and said that he had looted the natural resources of Andhra Pradesh. He said that the southern state is in a financial crisis because of Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Jana Sena Party chief and actor Pawan Kalyan, who was in attendance as well, too heaped praises on PM Modi.

The actor-turned-politician drew a parallel between Modi's arrival and the mythological take of King Bhagiratha bringing River Ganga to earth for his ancestors' salvation.

Pawan Kalyan said that in 2024, NDA will form government with blessings of Vijayawada's goddess Kanaka Durga Devi.

Slamming Jagan Mohan Reddy, Pawan Kalyan said the former is a businessman who looted sand and earned money through liquor. He also accused that because of YSRCP, the state has become the new drug capital of the country.

PM Modi, while speaking at the event, hit out at Congress and the INIDA bloc. He said that the grand-old party has one agenda--"use and throw" its partners.

PM Modi said NDA moves ahead taking into consideration regional aspirations with national progress. He also said in its third term, India will make more 'big decisions'.

Remembering TDP founder and former AP CM NT Rama Rao (NTR), PM Modi said that the leader who fought for rights of farmers and poor persons, faced trouble from Congress.

PM Modi also said that Congress had always insulted Andhra Pradesh's pride and honour, unlike NDA which has always respected its honour.

Allies BJP, TDP and JSP will be contesting Lok Sabha elections & assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh jointly. Per their arrangement, BJP will contest 6 Lok Sabha and 10 assembly seats, TDP to field candidates for 17 parliamentary and 144 state seats. Lastly, Pawan Kalyan received 2 Lok Sabha seats and 21 assembly seats.
