National Film Award and Filmfare Award winner Karisma Kapoor was born into the Kapoor family which has been one of the first Bollywood families from the B-Town industry. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Karishma studied at the prestigious Cathedral and John Connon School. For further education, Karishma enrolled herself at Sophia college but left it midway to pursue her dream of acting. She went on to become one of the leading actresses of the Indian film industry.
