It's Saqib Saleem's birthday today. Here's look at Bollywood siblings like Sonam Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, Karisma Kapoor and sister Kareena Kapoor, and others that have forayed into the profession of acting.

Bollywood siblings who are also actors

Huma Qureshi made a name for herself with her debut film Gangs of Wasseypur and went on to star in successful ventures like Badlapur, Ek Thi Daayan, Jolly LLB 2 and others. She made her foray into Tamil cinema with Rajinikanth's Kaala. Huma's brother Saqib Saleem, who is also an actor, shared screen space with her in Dobaara. He is all set to be seen in Kabir Khan's directorial '83.

They both need no introduction anymore! Ayushmann Khurrana forayed into Bollywood with his first, and most notable film, Vicky Donor. After Vicky Donor, Ayushmann was seen in many critically acclaimed films such as Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Andhadhun, and more. While his younger brother Aparshakti made his debut with the biographical sports drama Dangal, and later starred in films such as Stree, Luka Chuppi, Pati, Patni Aur Woh.

While Vicky Kaushal has already made a mark in the film industry with critically acclaimed films such as Masaan, Raman Raghav 2.0, Raazi, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Sanju, Manmarziyaan, his brother-budding actor Sunny Kaushal is still in the process to make a mark in the industry. Sunny was seen in Akshay Kumar's Gold, later starred in Bhangra Paa Le and the web series The Forgotten Army: Azaadi Ke Liye.

After co-debuting with Tiger Shroff in 2014 with Heropanti, Kriti Sanon, has succeeded in making a name for herself in Bollywood. She was last seen in Panipat. Sources say that her younger sister Nupur Sanon is also keen to follow Kriti's footsteps into filmdom. Sajid Nadiadwala, who launched Kriti with Heropanti is also reportedly slated to do the same with Nupur.

Katrina Kaif has completed 15 years in the Bollywood film industry. While her acting skills have received mixed responses, one cannot deny that she is definitely one of B-Town's most bankable actresses. Kat was last seen in Bharat. Katrina's younger sister Isabelle will be debuting soon in Bollywood. She is no stranger to the silver screen, having worked in the Indo-Canadian venture Dr Cabbie, which was produced by Kat's frequent co-star Salman Khan.

Yami Gautam debuted opposite Ayushmann Khurrana with the 2012 film Vicky Donor. Not many know that her sister Surilie entered the small screen with the show Meet Mila De Rabba, as an actress and has also worked in the Punjabi film Power Cut. She is slated to make her Bollywood debut soon.

Anil Kapoor's son and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Rhea Kapoor's younger brother Harshvardhan Kapoor entered Bollywood in 2016 with the romantic fantasy Mirzya, opposite Saiyami Kher. He was next seen in Vikramaditya Motwane's vigilante film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, that hit theatres in 2018. Sonam Kapoor made her Bollywood debut with Saawariya (2007).

Suniel Shetty's daughter Athiya Shetty debuted in Bollywood with the 2015 film Hero, alongside Sooraj Pancholi. She was then seen in Mubarakan, which starred Arjun Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz. Now, Athiya's brother Ahan Shetty is being launched as an actor by producer Sajid Nadiadwala in a remake of Telugu hit RX 100.

Ishaan Khatter, who starred opposite Janhvi Kapoor in Dhadak, happens to be the half-brother of Shahid Kapoor. Ishaan, the son of actors Rajesh Khatter and Neelima Azim, made his debut as an actor with the international venture Beyond The Clouds, in which Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi helmed directorial duties. Shahid Kapoor started his Bollywood career in 2003 with Ishq Vishq.

It's no secret that Shilpa Shetty is the popular sibling compared to sister Shamita Shetty. Although Shilpa hasn't acted on the big screen for a while, she remains a big name thanks to her Yoga videos and food channel. She recently turned author with a series of cookbooks. Shamita, on the other hand, who made her debut with Mohabbatein and famously starred alongside Shilpa in Fareb, opted for a career in interior designing and has also worked in Tamil and Kannada films.

While Boney Kapoor's son (from his first wife Mona) Arjun Kapoor is a successful actor and has been in the film industry for quite some time now, his daughter (from his second wife Sridevi) Janhvi Kapoor made her Bollywood foray in 2018 with Karan Johar's production Dhadak, in which she starred opposite Ishaan Khatter.

Shakti Kapoor's daughter Shraddha Kapoor and son Siddhanth Kapoor were seen playing on-screen siblings in the biopic Haseena Parkar. Shraddha played the titular Haseena while Siddhanth essayed her brother, dreaded underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. The film received rave reviews from fans and audiences.

Kamal Haasan and Sarika's daughter Shruti Haasan has worked in Tamil, Telugu and Bollywood movies. Her younger sibling Akshara Haasan, made her Bollywood debut in 2015, with Shamitabh, which also starred Dhanush and Amitabh Bachchan. Shruti needs no introduction. She has acted in the Bollywood films Luck (her debut), Rocky Handsome, Welcome Back and Behen Hogi Teri. She is also a trained singer.

Actress Neha Sharma, who starred in films such as Crook, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum, Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story, Youngistaan, was last seen in Tanhaji. Her sister Aisha Sharma is a model and had featured with Ayushmann Khurrana in the music video Ikvaari (2016). And lately, Aisha made her Bollywood debut with John Abraham's Satyamev Jayate.

Amrita Rao, who is best remembered for her roles in Ishq Vishk, Main Hoon Na, Vivah, stayed away from the limelight for a few years but made a comeback of sorts with Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer Thackeray. Her younger sister Preetika Rao played the main lead in the TV show Beintehaa. Preetika made her debut in Tamil cinema in 2010 with Chikku Bukku.

In 2005, Tanushree Dutta made her Bollywood debut with Aashiq Banaya Aapne. Her sizzling stint with Emraan Hashmi was an instant hit. She went on to star in films such as Chocolate: Deep Dark Secrets, Bhagam Bhag, Good Boy, Bad Boy, Dhol, but Tanushree couldn't really make a mark in the industry. In 2015, Tanushree's sister Ishita made her Bollywood debut with Drishyam and further went on to star in Firangi, and TV shows such as Ek Ghar Banaunga, Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar, Bepannah and Bepanah Pyaar.

Kajol's younger sister Tanishaa Mukerji has had a lacklustre Bollywood career, compared to her older sibling and has featured in the films Neal N Nikki, Sarkar and One Two Three. She was also a runner-up on the reality show Bigg Boss.

Brothers Rahul Khanna and Akshaye Khanna, the sons of the late Vinod Khanna, haven't been able to emulate the success of their famous father in films, but have had noteworthy careers nonetheless. Akshaye was recently seen in the films Dishoom, Ittefaq and Mom, while Rahul disappeared from the big screen after Wake Up Sid. He has worked in the 2013 TV series 24.

Salman Khan is a major name in Bollywood and brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan too have some notable films to their credit but neither has been able to match Salman's success thus far. Both have, however, succeeded in carving a niche for themselves as filmmakers.

Famous Bollywood siblings Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan have had successful film careers thus far. Karisma, who is divorced from businessman Sanjay Kapur, was a leading actress in the 1990s and early 2000s. She made her comeback in 2012 with Dangerous Ishq, but didn't continue to star in films. Kareena was last seen in Good Newwz, which also starred Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani.

Malaika Arora and sister Amrita Arora Ladak couldn't make their mark as actresses in Bollywood but have managed to gain a steady fan following with their looks and fashion sense. Malaika, who was married to actor-filmmaker Arbaaz Khan, is seen judging various reality shows - dance as well as modelling-based shows.

Deol siblings Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Esha Deol are no strangers to the camera. While Sunny and Bobby are still very much in films, sister Esha, who is married to businessman Bharat Takhtani, has stayed away from the big screen for quite some time now.

Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan are amongst the most popular siblings in Bollywood. Although Soha's acting career isn't as illustrious as brother Saif, her acting skills have been lauded by fans and critics.

Aamir Khan was seen on-screen with brother Faisal Khan in the 2000 film Mela. Faisal has also worked in the films Basti, Border Hindustan Ka, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Pyara Sa Mausam and others but his acting career failed to take off.

Sonakshi Sinha, the daughter of veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha, made her B-Town debut with Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg in 2010. She went on to star in many successful ventures since then. Her brother Luv Sinha debuted with Sadiyaan the same year and was last featured in JP Dutta's war drama Paltan.

Twinkle Khanna and sister Rinke Khanna were unable to achieve success in their acting careers unlike their famous parents Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. Twinkle nevertheless gained fame as an author, while Rinke, who was last seen in Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer Chameli disappeared from the big screen.

Janhvi Kapoor's younger sister Khushi Kapoor is expected to make her Bollywood debut soon. She is often spotted during outings and parties with several B-Town celebrities and is quite a sensation on social media. She even accompanied her older sister Janhvi on the sets of Dhadak, while she was filming for her debut, as per the request of filmmaker and family friend Karan Johar, who was producing the film.

Priyanka Chopra and cousin Parineeti Chopra are not just close but have also enjoyed successful careers in Bollywood. While Priyanka made waves internationally with the television series Quantico, Parineeti debuted in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl (2011), has starred in hit ventures like Ishaqzaade (which marked Arjun Kapoor's B-Town debut), Meri Pyaari Bindu, Dishoom and others.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor's cousin Ranbir Kapoor has impressed fans and critics alike with his acting prowess. Debuting opposite Sonam Kapoor Ahuja with 2007 Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Saawariya, he has been a part of successful films like Raajneeti, Rockstar, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Tamasha and others. He played Sanjay Dutt in the biopic Sanju and will be next seen in Brahmastra.

Sunny and Bobby Deol's cousin Abhay Deol, who made his debut in 2005 with Socha Na Tha is a fine actor in his own right. Although most of his films failed to do well commercially, critics have lauded him for his acting chops. His notable screen credits include Raanjhanaa, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Dev D and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

Chunky Panday's daughter Ananya Panday made her Bollywood debut alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria in Karan Johar's production Student Of The Year 2 this year. Ananya's cousin Ahaan Panday, has also been making news for an apparent Bollywood foray that seems to be on the cards.
